SAN MARCOS – South Carolina-based Woodfield Development has purchased 22.8 acres at the corner of Staples Rd. and Old Bastrop Hwy.
Woodfield plans to develop a 360-unit apartment project called Addie’s Point.
Vanguard Real Estate Advisors arranged the sale.
