We are in your file daily throughout the “hunting” phase and send options curated according to your specific criteria each morning.

We run numbers on dozens of deals every day- if you have a specific deal you’re liking please send it to us and we will underwrite it.

If you’re an out of state investor we will conduct a full video walkthrough or FaceTime tour on your behalf as part of the due diligence process.

Once under contract we will open up our entire vendor list including property managers, contractors, inspectors, CPAs, attorneys and more.

Our team will handle the key transfer post closing and ensure either you or your property manager has everything they need for a seamless transition.
