Hines’ developing its second Victory Park residential tower

DALLAS – Victory Park’s new 569,133-sf residential high-rise will begin construction in summer 2024, marking developer Hines’ second residential tower there.

The $150 million, 23-story building at 2371 Victory Ave. was designed by Munoz + Albin. 

Hines is partnering with Fudosan America Inc. on the building, which will open in 2026.
