Fort Worth treehouse-inspired development breaks ground

​​​​​​​FORT WORTH – An 800-acre, treehouse-inspired community has broken ground near the Alliance area. The first phase will be available in mid-2025.

The Treeline development will have 2,​500 single-family homes on completion, as well as an elementary school and parks. 

The first phase includes an indoor event space, event lawn, amphitheater lawn, food truck lane, resort-style pool, adventure park, and pickleball courts as well as 700 homes on 40-, 45-, and 50-ft lots ranging from $400,000 to the mid-$500,000s.

Hillwood Communities is the developer. Homebuilders include American Legend Homes, Beazer Homes, David Weekley Homes, D.R. Horton, Highland Homes, HistoryMaker Homes, Pulte Homes, and Tri Pointe Homes. ​
