NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

PLANO – The $1 billion mixed-use redevelopment of the Collin Creek Mall will begin construction next month with 500 single-family homes.
When finished, the 100-acre project near US 75 will have 2,300 apartments, a hotel, offices, park, and a $67 million underground garage.
Single-family homes will start in the mid-$300,000s and will begin opening in spring 2024. Builders include Ashton Woods, Brightland Homes, and Mattamy Homes.
Centurion American Development Group partnered with the city on the project.
The development broke ground in 2021 with the demolition of the former mall.
