1.4 million-sf Plano shopping center redeveloped into mixed-use

PLANO – A 1.4 million-sf shopping center at 6121 West Park Blvd. is on track to become mixed-use space.

About 500,000 sf of the Shops at Willow Bend will be replaced with 965 apartments, an 18-story hotel, and a seven-story office building. It will be rebranded as The Bend.

The multiyear project is headed by Centennial.​​
