Cory gained a love and understanding of real estate at a very young age; her parents owned rental units in the Denver area and allowed her to play a part in that business. After high school, Cory left home for the Army. While in the Army, she saw a real estate market that was different than she was familiar with. Military service members had very unique housing needs which got her real estate investing wheels turning. It was then that she got her real estate license, bought her first investment property and started helping fellow soldiers do the same. She also bought, rehabbed, and sold her first property in 2003, before the term “flipping” was coined. Once out of the military, Cory moved to Texas, where again, the housing needs were very different. Cory got her real estate license in Texas and began to help others buy and sell real estate investment properties while continuing to grow her own portfolio. She truly has a passion for helping people build generational wealth through real estate and looks forward to helping you in your real estate investment journey.
