Frisco medical center acquired by investor partnership

FRISCO – An investor partnership is acquiring the 161,264-sf Baylor Scott & White Frisco Medical Center.

Located at 5601 Warren Pkwy., the 68-bed hospital has 11 operating rooms, an emergency department, onsite pharmacy, private rooms, and a two-story parking garage. The 7.4-acre medical campus is fully occupied by Texas Health Ventures Group.

Chicago-based Remedy Medical Properties and Florida-based Kayne Anderson Real Estate purchased the center from Nashville-based Healthcare Realty Trust, who had owned it since 2001. ​
