This is our current primary residence in South Austin. It sits in Austin’s ETJ directly between the airport and downtown. An efficiency apartment was added to the home and it is used as a Airbnb with great reviews and high occupancy rate. The STR income more than covers the PITI on the home and the property has seen solid appreciation. We expect further upward pressure on price as major developments such as Easton Park and Velocity continue their mixed-use expansion in the area.
