Victor Steffen is a seasoned Realtor and real estate investor in central Texas. He began his real estate career as a sales agent in New York City, where he also began investing and building his own rental portfolio. Since then he has bought and sold over 60 apartment units and single-family homes in 5 different states (Texas, New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Ohio) and is actively growing his real estate holdings.
Familiar with the nuances of the market, Victor works alongside his clients, enabling them to purchase cashflow-positive properties in Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio and each city’s sub markets. 80% of the investors he works with are out-of-state and trust Victor to be their “boots on the ground.”
