Weston Urban lathers up with Soap Factory Apartments purchase

​​​SAN ANTONIO – Weston Urban has acquired the three-parcel Soap Factory Apartments at 500, 600, and 601 N. Santa Rosa St. under the entity And I Cannot Lye LP.

The entire property went up for sale in April, marketed by Newmark.

Weston Urban has been active on the construction scene with several rehabilitation projects in the central business district.

The complex has an assessed value of about $37.4 million, according to a 2023 appraisal.​
