West by Westway: Engineering consulting firm moving Houston HQ

HOUSTON – Engineering and infrastructure consulting firm CobbFendley & Associates is moving its he​​adquarters after signing a ten-year, 52,120-sf lease in Westway II.

The firm plans to move from west Houston to 4424 West Sam Houston Pkwy. in January. The firm will downsize from its current headquarters at 13430 NW Fwy. 

The ten-story, Class A Westway II is near Beltway 8. 

Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord in the transaction. ​
