AUSTIN – Canaan Modern Homes LLC is developing Atlas 7, a $43 million multifamily complex owned by the Herrera Ernesto family.

The development will take over four lots totaling 1.3 acres at 3511, 3525 and 3535 E. Seventh St. and 621 Gunter St.

The total project size is 111,359 sf, and the project is planned to rise four floors and 43 ft. Atlas 7 costs an estimated $43 million, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
