SUGARLAND – Circle Clothing has signed a 37,000-sf industrial lease at Sugar Land Corporate Center.
The 88,200-sf building is within a larger master-planned development.
Colliers represented the tenant in lease negotiations, while JLL represented the landlord, Prologis.
