Rezoning could mean mixed-use for Austin industrial area

LUBBOCK – SIMFLO Technologies has purchased 619 Broadway St., which will become home to its new offices.
The building, constructed in the 1940s, is estimated to be worth $1.5 million.
The company hopes to move in by second quarter 2024.
