$800 million El Paso data center in the works

RICHARDSON – Big Sky Medical has purchased a medical office building next to the Methodist Richardson Medical Center.
Built in 1998, the 118,472-sf Richardson Medical Center was being repurposed by Pillar Community, who purchased the building in 2019.
Newmark Group brokered the sale.
