Rice University getting 84K-sf arts building

HOUSTON – Austin Commercial has broken ground on Sarofim Hall, an 83,000-sf arts building at Rice University.

The building will be next to the Moody Center for the Arts, and it will have a cinema, flexible performance lab adaptable classrooms, and workshops.

Completion is slated for fall 2025.
