Recently renovated 22-unit complex in Austin sold

​​​AUSTIN – The Marsol Apartments, a 22-unit multifamily complex, has been sold to an anonymous buyer.

The three-story building at 1610 Enfield Rd. was originally constructed in 1972 and was recently renovated.

California-based brokerage firm Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the undisclosed seller and buyer in the transaction.​
