PROSPER – The town council has approved a 34-acre mixed-use development that has a timeline stretching to 2043.
The Pradera Development off the Dallas North Tollway will include a nine-acre neighborhood subdistrict and a 25-acre highway subdistrict with a maximum of 730 units. Seventy-five percent of those will be apartments and 25 percent condominiums. The projects has a mix of for-rent and for-sale products.
The timeline has design beginning in 2024 to 2026, and civil construction beginning in 2025 to 2026 with building construction starting in 2026.
Townhomes will be built from 2026 to 2029, retail from 2027 to 2029, apartments and town square from 2030 to 2032, a hotel from 2032 to 2035, and office buildings from 2038 to 2043.
