NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

AUSTIN – The Kalantari Group is developing the Bee Caves Complex, a 45,000-sf office project intended for a single user, likely a tech company, near the intersection of SH 71 and US 290.
The four-story project will be on about six acres at 6804 Old Bee Caves Rd. The upper three floors will be offices, while the ground floor and half of a subterranean level will be parking.
Construction is expected to begin in fourth quarter 2024.
