NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

AUSTIN – Partners Capital has sold the 58,929-sf Triangle Center at 2000 N. Mays St. to San Francisco-based Catalyst Real Estate.
The property is on 4.9 acres and includes major tenants NAPA Auto Parts, Sherwin Williams, and Starbucks.
The property was most recently appraised at $9.8 million.
SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller, and Catalyst represented itself.
