NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

ROCKPORT – Locally based Preis Investments Inc. has acquired Paradise Self Storage, a 113-unit facility at 3990 I-35 N Bypass.
The facility was built in 1994 and has 23,800 net rentable sf.
Versal represented the seller, Elkhorn River Investments LLC of Iowa, and procured the buyer.
