NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

HOUSTON – NRG Energy Inc. has leased approximately 245,000 sf on the top ten floors of 3 Houston Center at 1301 McKinney St.
The company is expected to move into the new space in January 2026.
Cushman & Wakefield represented NRG in lease negotiations, while Transwestern represented Brookfield Properties.
