SAN MARCOS – BWE has arranged undisclosed amounts of construction debt and preferred equity for Riley’s Pointe, a 360-unit multifamily project.
Units will average 914 sf.
South Carolina-based Woodfield Development is sponsoring the project.
The first phase is expected to be available for occupancy by fall 2024.
