Mixed-use replacing 50-year-old Las Colinas business campus

​IRVING – A mixed-use project with offices, apartments, and townhomes is coming to Las Colinas, replacing a 50-year-old business campus.

Located on SH 114 and Fuller Dr., the One-Fourteen Office Park will have seven office condominiums ranging from 2,000 to 15,000 sf.

The project is being developed by Savannah Developers and will be part of the Rosewood Property Co. apartment community. Wynmark Commercial is also working on the project. ​
