Malin coworking office concept to open in Austin next summer

​​AUSTIN – The Malin, a members-only coworking concept, is opening a 12,123-sf office at 1515 E. Cesar Chavez St.

The space will have 28 dedicated desks, ten private offices, and four meeting rooms.

JLL represented the landlord in the lease negotiations, and HPI Real Estate Services & Investments represented the tenant.

The Malin is scheduled to open in summer 2024.​
