Las Colinas Four Seasons changing to Ritz-Carlton

IRVING – The former Four Seasons Resort at Las Colinas is being rebranded as the second DFW Ritz-Carlton location.

The 400-acre luxury hotel and resort near Carpenter Fwy. will have upgrades to 427 rooms, the meeting and ballroom facilities, and the 14,000-sf salon and spa with a pool. It’s also getting a new lobby bar, a restaurant opening in March, and a second-floor Ritz-Carlton Club opening in February.

The $55 million remodeling will be complete in May.

Jeffrey Beers International and Leo A. Daly are the project designers.

The hotel was sold in 2022 to Honolulu-based Trinity Investments and Switzerland-based Partners Group.
