Industrial space sold in Midland for $10M

​MIDLAND – Extract Production, an equipment manufacturer for the oil and gas industry, has sold a 50,000-sf industrial flex property for $10 million.

The property was built in phases on 14 acres between 2018 and 2022.

SRS Real Estate Partners represented the seller and the undisclosed buyer in the all-cash, sale-leaseback transaction.

Extract Production will lease the space for the next 15 years.​​
