Homebuilder leases 29K-sf in Westchase office building

HOUSTON – Taylor Morrison has leased 29,000 sf in Reserve at Westchase, a 194,919-sf building at 3250 Briarpark Dr.

The firm will relocate there from 2929 Briarpark Dr.

The building is now 77 percent leased and undergoing renovations to the lobby and common areas.

CBRE represented the tenant.​
