NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

GRAND PRAIRIE – Trinsic Residential Group’s $42 million apartment project will begin its second phase of construction in February 2024.
Located in the Southgate mixed-use development, Aura Southgate already has a 303-unit, four-story building underway. The second phase will add 303 more units.
The apartments will be complete in early 2026.
Womack-Hampton Architects designed the project.
