Fort Worth industrial park getting 1.4M-sf warehouse

FORT WORTH – Rob Riner Cos. is buildling a large, $63 million warehouse development in the 500-acre Carter Park East industrial park.

Located at 7777 Oak Grove, the 1.4 million-sf project will open at the end of 2024.

RGA Architects is the designer.

The industrial park is owned by Clarion Partners and Crow Holdings and being marketed by Stream Realty.​
