Electrical component supplier inks 25K-sf north Houston industrial lease

​HOUSTON – Pulse Wire & Cable has signed a 25,000-sf industrial lease at Central Green Business Park.

The building at 1950 S. Starpoint Dr. was built in 1992 and has 24-ft clear heights and 10,000 sf of office space.

Finial Group represented the landlord, while Boyd Commercial represented the tenant.​
