Building materials suppliers inks 142K-sf industrial lease in Cypress

CYPRESS – 84 Lumber Co. has signed a 142,100-sf industrial lease in the Barker Cypress Distribution Center at 12020 Barker Cypress Rd.

The building is on 12 acres and has 149 parking spaces and 3,574 sf of office space.

Colliers represented the landlord, Molto Properties, in the lease negotiations.
