McKINNEY – A 381-unit apartment community is being built near the 212-acre Erwin Park.
Located at 2400 N. Hardin Blvd., Modera McKinney Ridge will have two swimming pools, two dog parks, multi-level courtyard, beer garden, remote and coworking space, coffee bar, and fitness center. It will open late 2024.
Developer Mill Creek Residential is working with designer HLR Architecture and landscape architect TBG Partners with financing from Wisconsin-based Associated Bank.
