NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

SAN ANTONIO – The Sam Houston Center, which spans 1003 to 1027 Rittiman Rd., has been purchased by JNJC Group LLC.
The group took out $6.3 million in loans. The center has an assessed value of $6.2 million.
The property was previously owned by a partnership between Mossrock Holdings LLC and Rittiman Premier Retail Ltd.
It’s home to Seoul Asian Market, Teka Molino, The Longhorn Cafe, and a Puerto Rican grocer.
