95-room Coastal Bend hotel sold

PORTLAND – Nova Portland Hotels LLC has acquired a 95-room hotel.

The hotel operates under the Avid Flag, which is part of the InterContinental Hotel Group family of brands.

Atlanta-based Bull Realty represented the seller.​ Bang Realty assisted in closing the deal.
