NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

BRAZORIA COUNTY – Land Tejas and Starwood Land LLC are developing Canterra Creek, a 380-acre master-planned community.
The first phase will have 850 homes with builders, including Tri Coast Homes, Lennar, and CastleRock Communities.
Homes will be priced from $200,000 to $400,000. Sales are expected to begin in early 2024.
Amenities include a swimming pool, splash park, covered pavilion, playground, and play fields.
