$75M apartments planned along Trinity River

​DALLAS – A $75 million multifamily project along the Trinity River will begin phase-two construction in April and be completed Jan. 1, 2026.

Located at 110 Continental Ave., The Margaret at Riverfront is finishing the first phase with 535 units with studio and one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 323 to 1,392 sf. The second phase will add 394 units.

Monthly rents are $1,281 to $3,333. 

Developer Columbus Realty Partners Ltd. began the first phase in early 2022 with designer GFF. ​
