HOUSTON – Sueba USA has completed San Palmas, a 370-unit apartment community at 15915 Kingfield Dr.
The four-story building houses studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom units that range from 480 sf to 2,196 sf with rents starting at $1,075.
Amenities are a pool, fitness center, outdoor grilling and dining stations, a pickleball court, catering kitchen, coffee bar, lounges, and a conference center.
