NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

HOUSTON – Stockdale Capital Partners has acquired the InterContinental Houston–Medical Center, a 354-key hotel at 6750 Main St.
Built in 2019, the luxury hotel includes Safina Restaurant, The Naturalist Café and Lounge, 18,000 sf of meeting space, a 24-hour fitness center, and outdoor pool.
The 21-story building shares a lobby with a Greystar apartment development called Latitude Med Center.
