244-unit apartment complex trades hands in Clear Lake

CLEAR LAKE – Clear Lake Apartment Homes, a 244-unit multifamily complex at 300 Cyberonics Blvd., has been sold.

Built in 1979, the development has one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, a pool, fitness center, business center, clubhouse, and outdoor grilling and dining stations.

Colliers represented the undisclosed seller.​
