NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

MONTGOMERY COUNTY – Johnson Development Corp. has started construction of the first phase of Kresston, a housing community to be built on 1,400 acres between FM 1486 and SH 249.
The first phase will have 359 homesites with lots expected to be delivered by the end of the year and home sales to begin in early 2025.
At buildout, Kresston will have around 3,600 homes and some mixed-use and commercial development. Apartments, build-to-rent sections, and schools are also being considered.
