105 build-to-rent homes coming to Fate’s Woodcreek

​FATE – The 1,600-acre Woodcreek development is getting a 105-unit build-to-rent project in Summer 2024.

The Canopy Homes at Woodcreek on Crawford Ave. is being developed by PMB Capital Investments and designed by M-Gray Architecture.

The Woodcreek development will have an amenity center, maintenance building, pool, dog park, and ten-acre city park.​
