NAR reaches agreement to resolve nationwide claims brought by home sellers

HOCKLEY – Chicago-based industrial supply company Grainger plans to open a 1.2 million sf distribution center that could employ about 400 people.
The facility, planned for a vacant, 108-acre site at Roberts Rd. and US 290, will open in 2026. Construction begins this spring.
The distribution center will have more than 250,000 items, such as hand and power tools and heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
